Moldovan top court validates new mandate of MP

Chisinau, 25 February /MOLDPRES/- The Constitutional Court, following a proposal of the Central Election Commission, validated on Tuesday the mandate of MP for Nichita Turcan, from the list of the Socialist Party of the Republic of Moldova.

MP mandate became vacant on death of MP Ivan Zabunov, from the Party of Socialists.
