Chisinau, 27 February /MOLDPRES/- The promulgation decree and the law amending Article 61 of the Law No288/2016 on the civil servant with special status within the Ministry of Internal Affairs will be published in the Official Journal of Moldova on 28 February.

The document sets the way to challenge the administrative act of disciplinary sanction directly in the administrative litigation court, without observing the previous procedure.

"Submitting the direct administrative document to a judicial review will ensure the applicant's right to achieve fair and fast individual labor litigation and will have a positive impact on the legal behavior of the parties, encouraging them to act in good faith and within the law", the document reads.
