Today - last day for campaigning in constituency 38 of Hânceşti

Chisinau, 13 March /MOLDPRES/- The Central Election Commission notes that today, 13 March, the last day campaigning is allowed for new parliamentary elections in uninominal constituency No38, Hincesti, due on 15 March.

The electoral legislation stipulates that the actions of electoral agitation are strictly forbidden on election day and the day before it. These days, it is not allowed to conduct / reflect activities / materials related to campaigning nor appearance of candidates in elections to television or radio programs.

Continuing to campaign on the days by media, candidates and citizens is administrative offense and is punished by a fine from 15 to 30 conventional units for private people and a fine from 35 to 50 conventional units for person in charge or electoral candidate.
