Lawyers, notaries, judicial executors required to work during emergency period

Chisinau, 27 March /MOLDPRES/- Lawyers, notaries, judicial executors are required during the period of emergency to ensure the continuity of the activity, in compliance with the sanitary-epidemiological norms, according to the 26 March instruction of the National Commission for Emergencies.

The Commission decided that from 27 March non-compliance with this obligation, throughout the state of emergency, is a disciplinary offense that is sanctioned by exclusion from the profession, under the conditions and procedure set out by the legislation in force, applicable to each profession. "The termination of the state of emergency does not remove the disciplinary responsibility, according to the instruction", the document reads.

The Ministry of Justice will monitor the execution of the decisions, and in case of non-compliance, the minister has the right to initiate disciplinary proceedings with the above mentioned persons.
