Decision No 18 of Moldova's Extraordinary Public Health Commission from 24 June 2020

Chisinau, 25 June /MOLDPRES/-  In accordance with the Article 58 from the Law No 10/2009 on the state supervision of the public health (Official Journal, 2009, No 67, article 183), with the subsequent amendments, at a proposal by the National Public Health Agency, the National Extraordinary Public Health Commission (CNESP) declared on the period 16 May – 30 June 2020, emergency state in the public health sector all over Moldova,  with possibility to extend the concerned term, depending on the evolution of the epidemiological situation, CNESP

DECIDES:

1. The Decision No 17 of the National Extraordinary Public Health Commission from 23 June 2020 is amended as follows:

a) the point 1 will have the following content:

„1. The emergency state in the public health sector, declared under the Decision No 10 of CNESP from 15 May 2020, is extended all over Moldova till 15 July 2020, with possibility of prolonging the concerned term, depending on the evolution of the epidemiological situation.’’;  

b) the sub-point 4.9 will have the following content:

„4.9. the activity of night clubs refers to the work of discoteques included in the code of the Classifier of Economic Activities of Moldova (CAEM) 56.30 and of the dancing rings, included in CAEM 93.29 code, no matter the firm name of the commercial unit (for instance: disco-bar, , karaoke, night-club, discoteque, club, etc.)  

2. The non-observance of the public health measures, set forth in the present Decision, represents danger for the public health and will serve as reason for calling the guilty people to contravention/criminal account.  

3. The present Decision enters into force starting the moment of its issuance and is published on the government’s official webpage.
