Chisinau, 9 July /MOLDPRES/ - The employees willing to adopt a child will have right to ask for unpaid leave for a period of 90 days at the most. The MPs today made amendments to over 30 articles from the Labour Code.

The amendments refer to providing possibility of enforcing flexible schedules of work and to compensate the additional working hours with free remunerated hours. This fact will be stipulated in the collective labour contracts at the level of unit or in the individual labour contracts.
