Retirees, low-income people to get one-off aid worth 900 lei in October

Chisinau, 28 September /MOLDPRES/- Over 660 thousand pensioners and people with low incomes will receive, starting with 1 October one-off aid worth 900 lei. The money will be paid with the pensions. President Igor Dodon made the statement today at the end of the joint meeting with the state leadership.

The president noted that the state will meet all obligations to citizens, and salaries and pensions will be paid on time. He added that money has already been allocated, about 300 million lei, for farmers who have suffered from drought.

Dodon said that in the next period, the expertise will be performed at the National Philharmonic and a decision will be made on this subject, the building will be repaired or demolished.

He pointed out that public meetings on Mondays with the country's leadership will no longer take place, as at the end of this week the electoral campaign for the presidential elections will begin.
