National Bank to organize online camp on financial education

Chisinau, 5 August /MOLDPRES/- The National Bank of Moldova and Expert-Grup centre are organizing the second edition of the Financial Education Camp for young people over 16 years.
According to a central bank press release, people over the age of 16 have the opportunity to participate on 9-13 August in an online event meant to bring together those who want to develop their financial culture.
The financial education camp includes five sessions, of 90 minutes each, on various topics in the financial-banking field. They will help participants better understand how the financial system works, what is the role of the National Bank of Moldova, what to pay attention to when taking a loan, how to safely use cashless payment methods, etc.
The training will take place on the ZOOM platform in Romanian. At the end, the participants in all the sessions will receive a certificate of participation. Interested persons can register by filling in the online form by August 5, indicating the email address to which the access data to the event will be sent.
The organizers aim for the workshop to bring more clarity in understanding the modern financial world that requires everyone to make optimal decisions every day, in order to make everyone's life easier and better from the perspective of financial inclusion.
