Epidemiological forms to be filled in online only

Chisinau, 30 September /MOLDPRES/- Starting with 5 October passengers crossing the state border of the Republic of Moldova on the way in will be able to fill in the epidemiological form only in electronic format.

According to the Ministry of Health, the measure aims to streamline the process of prevention and control of the COVID-19 pandemic, including by streamlining the flow of passengers at border crossing points.

The epidemiological file can be accessed on the page https://fisa-covid.gov.md/ and must be completed no later than 3 days before entering the Republic of Moldova by persons to comply with the self-isolation regime for 14 days.

Persons holding a COVID-19 vaccination certificate, the negative result of a RT-PCR test valid for 72 hours or a rapid antigen test, valid for 48 hours, the confirmatory medical conclusion in the case of persons who have undergone COVID-19 will be exempted from isolation. , in the period between the 15th and the 180th day (6 months) or a confirmation of the presence of COVID-19 antibodies, valid for 90 days from the date of the investigation.

The Border Police, the National Agency for Public Health, but also the control bodies will automatically have all the information about the people entering the country, in order to be monitored regarding the observance of the self-isolation and supervision regime at the family doctor.
