Delegation from Gagauzia to visit Poland in context of interregional cooperation

Chisinau, 30 September /MOLDPRES/- Gagauz governor Irina Vlah met today Bartolomei Zhdaniuk, Ambassador of Poland to Moldova. The parties have reached an agreement on organization of a visit by an autonomous delegation to Poland in the context of interregional cooperation.

Vlah thanked the Polish Government for support in the development of the socio-economic infrastructure by implementing the projects in the localities of the autonomy and expressed the interest of the Gagauz authorities in new joint projects.

"Your personal involvement has led to the implementation of very important projects for us, which have supported the development of social infrastructure in Gagauzia. At this stage, our internal resources are insufficient and the help of partners allows us to develop faster. We are very grateful to you and we hope that in the future we will implement more projects that will increase the standard of living in Gagauzia," said Irina Vlah.
