Moldovan capital's city hall asks for residents' help for sanitation of Bic river's bed

Chisinau, 30 September /MOLDPRES/ - The Chisinau city hall calls on the city’s residents, representatives of the associate sector, economic agents, public institutions, as well as political parties’ representatives to join the initiative of sanitation of the Bic river’s bed.  

The city hall informs that a comprehensive action of sanitation of the Bic river, on the segment between the Ismail Street and the Lunca Bicului Street, will be carried out on 2 October 2021 at 9:00.   

The local authorities will make available to the participants gloves, bags, as well as transport for the evacuation of waste. The intervention in the river-side area of the Bic river’s bed is held in the context of the activities planned within the autumn sanitation campaign.   

The action of planting trees on the territory of Chisinau is planned for late next October, within the sanitation campaign.
