Trolley buses from Moldovan capital to be disinfected after each journey

Chisinau, 30 September /MOLDPRES/ - The trolley buses owned by the Chisinau Electric Transport Administration (RTEC) will be disinfected after each journey.

In the context of the measures for preventing the spread of the coronavirus pandemic, RTEC ruled to increase the number of people due to carry out the process of disinfection of the transport means after each journey made. Thus, 60 people will be got involved in this process. The transport units will be hygienized after each journey through the airing and disinfection of the sticks, handles of chaird and doors with the help of pulverizers.

At the same time, RTEC informed that it would additionally endow the transport means with the needed equipment (pulverizer, gloves, protection masks, chemical protection coveralls, respirator, cloths, etc.) and will make the full sanitation and disinfection of trolley buses twice a day.

As an additional measure for preventing COVID-19, measures will be taken to avoid the overcrowding of the transport units and the staff will be endowed with protection equipment and trained to communicate with the passengers, for the observance of the norms imposed during pandemic.
