Moldovan president calls for deeper EU integration for EaP countries determined to move forward

Chisinau, Dec. 16 / MOLDPRES /- President Maia Sandu participated last night, together with Heads of State and Government of the Eastern Partnership (EaP) and the European Union in the sixth Eastern Partnership Summit, held in Brussels, the presidential press service has reported.
In her speech at the Summit, the head of state called for deeper integration with the EU for the Eastern Partnership countries interested, prepared and determined to move forward in their relations with the European Union. "I am convinced that the Eastern Partnership platform will continue to help us achieve our goals of modernizing the country and making the region stronger and more resilient to the challenges of the 21st century," Maia Sandu said.
Maia Sandu was in Brussels on December 14-15, and participated in the sixth Eastern Partnership Summit.
