The municipal councilors voted for the ratification of the cooperation agreement signed between the praetor’s office of the Buiucani district and the city of the Resita municipality, Caras-Severin county, Romania. The document was signed by the praetor of the Buiucani district, Vadim Branzaniuc, and the Resita mayor, Ion Popa.

Branzaniuc noted that, under the document, students of the Chisinau-based Ion Creanga State Pedagogical University will be able to make   training probationary in the Resita city.

On the occasion of the agreement’s signing, the Resita city mayor, Ion Popa, has earlier said that the document’s signing would open more opportunities for students from Moldova to study at the Resita University. ‘’I presented the education supply of Resita to the local authorities,’’ Popa said.

Praetor Vadim Branzaniuc added that, according to the agreement, the Resita municipality’s authorities had committed to rehabilitate an early education institution from the Buiucani district of Chisinau.
