Criminal record to be issued in electronic format

Chisinau, Dec. 16 / MOLDPRES /- MPs today approved a draft law on digitization of several extracts from various state registries.

According to the document, five types of statements will be issued in electronic format: the certificate on the absence or existence of debts to the state budget; extract from the Real Estate Register; information on the contribution period; criminal record; information from the State Register and from the incorporation documents of the legal entity.

According to the project, it will be possible to generate and download these documents in electronic format, signing them through the personal office (mCabinet), free of charge.

To become law, the draft must be approved in second reading.
