Moldovan president meets PMs of Finland, Belgium in Brussels

Chisinau, 16 December /MOLDPRES/ - President Maia Sandu has had meetings with Prime Minister of Finland Sanna Marin and Prime Minister of Belgium Alexander De Croo, on the context of the visit to Brussels, the presidential press service has reported.

During the discussion with the Finnish PM, Sanna Marin, the officials tackled possibilities to boost the bilateral cooperation between the two countries in diverse sectors, such as education, transition to the green economy and the energy sector.

At the meeting with Prime Minister of Belgium Alexander De Croo, the discussion was focused on the strengthening of the bilateral relations. The head of state said that Moldova wanted to extend the economic cooperation, with emphasis on the attraction of Belgian investments, as well as on increasing the Moldovan exports to Belgium.
