Moldovan fine artist exhibits works at Chisinau-based exhibition centre

Chisinau, 16 December /MOLDPRES/ - A personal painting exhibition by fine artist Gheorghe Jalba was inaugurated at the Constantin Brancusi Exhibition Centre today.
Contacted by MOLDPRES, Gheorghe Jalba said the exhibition comprised 104 works made during years.
Fine artist Florentin Leanca said Gheorghe Jalba made a traditional and realistic painting. At the same time, painter Vasile Dohotaru said the author painted with poetic spirit and was anchored in Moldova’s realities.
Gheorghe Jalba was born in the Milestii Mici village, central Ialoveni district, on 1 January 1966. He graduated from the I.E. Repin Republican Painting School from Chisinau. In 1999, Jalba became member of Moldova’s Fine Artist’ Union. He is founder of the Vibration creation group (2005). Gheorghe Jalba’s works are preserved in private collections from Canada, Finland, Greece, Moldova, Romania, Russia, USA, Turkey and Ukraine.
The exhibition will be open till 2 January 2022.
