Special commission of health ministry to investigate correctness of administration of vaccines

Chisinau, 17 Dec. / MOLDPRES /- The Ministry of Health announced that it has set up a commission of inquiry, which will travel and verify the correctness of the administration of vaccines in medical institutions and vaccination centers.

The decision was made after the report of the Court of Accounts on the administration of vaccine doses against COVID-19 between May and August 2021 was presented.

"The Ministry of Health will return as soon as possible with the information regarding the results of the investigation", it is said in the communiqué issued by the institution.

Yesterday, the Court of Auditors presented a report in which it found deviations in the vaccination process and stated that several thousand doses of vaccine were administered with the expired deadline.
