New local elections to be held in village from western Falesti district

Chisinau, 20 December /MOLDPRES/ - The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) has established the organization of new local elections for the office of mayor of the Glinjeni village, western Falesti district, on 15 May 2022.

The new local polls will take place for reasons of ceasing of the mandate of mayor before term, occurred in connection with the mayor’s death.

The central electoral authority established the organization, on the same day, of the new local elections in another five settlements of Moldova: Ghetlova village, central Orhei district, Horodiste village, northern Rezina district; Zastanca village, northern Soroca district; Moara de Piatra village, northern Drochia district and Tataresti village, central Straseni district.
