Moldovan president got credentials of four ambassadors

Chisinau, Dec. 22 / MOLDPRES /- President Maia Sandu received today during an official ceremony letters of accreditation of four new ambassadors in our country, the presidential press service has reported.
This is Tengku Dato Sirajuzzaman Bin Tengku Mohamed Ariffin, Ambassador of Malaysia; Moayad Fathallah Eldalie, Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt; Janitha Abeywickrema Liyanage, Ambassador of the Socialist Democratic Republic of Sri Lanka and Mike Nicholas Sango, Ambassador of Zimbabwe.
In her discussions with the new ambassadors, the head of state wished them success in their work in the Republic of Moldova and stressed the need to capitalize on the new economic and trade opportunities that are opening up today as a result of global developments. The officials agreed to continue the dialogue on the development of bilateral agendas, especially in the areas of trade, infrastructure and tourism. It was also agreed to advance the process of examining draft intergovernmental agreements aimed at improving the lives of our citizens.
