Winter conditions on roads in Moldova

Chisinau, 1 February /MOLDPRES/- During the night, the maintenance works of the national roads in winter continued in the regions where the interventions of the territorial units of Roads company were necessary.

According to the State Road Administration (ASD), two special machines were involved in the technological process, with 2.5 tons of anti-skid material being sprinkled. "Currently, the accessibility of road infrastructure is ensured in winter conditions on the entire national road network," says ASD.

According to meteorologists, the weather will be slightly warmer in the coming days, with the temperature reaching 7 degrees Celsius during the day. At night, the thermometers will indicate between 0 and 7 degrees of frost. On Tuesday, February 1, sleet is expected in the south.
