As many as 122 new cases of COVID-19 recorded in Moldova

Chisinau, 22 April /MOLDPRES/ - A number of 2,711 tests have been processed in Moldova in the last 24 hours and 122 new cases of infection with the new-type coronavirus were confirmed. Thus, 516,986 COVID cases have been recorded in Moldova so far.

As many as 205 people confirmed with COVID-19 are hospitalized in all, of whom 43 are in extremely serious condition, 6 subjected to mechanical ventilation.

In the context, 814 persons are treated at home with light and moderate forms of coronavirus and 812 are under supervision at home.

Another 134 people have been treated. As many as 504,142 people were treated of COVID-19 in all.

At the same time, MS informs about the registration of 2 new deaths triggered by the new-type coronavirus and 11,489 people have died of COVID-19 in all.
