Moldovan delegation attends international conference on Transnistrian conflict’s settlement

Chisinau, 29 October /MOLDPRES/- A Moldovan delegation headed by Deputy Prime Minister Victor Osipov participates in the annual conference "Promoting confidence building measures in the Transnistrian conflict settlement", in Germany, Rottach-Egern, on 29-30 October, the Bureau for Reintegration has reported.

The forum is organised by the OSCE Mission to Moldova, in cooperation with the OSCE Chairmanship and the German government.

The Moldovan delegation includes heads of working groups in various sectors.

Attending the conference will also be international experts. The agenda includes several topic-related sessions on subjects of common interest, such as economy, trade, transports and ecology.

The participants in the traditionally held meeting aim to find solutions to stringent issues, residents of the Transnistrian region are facing, as well as to consolidate confidence-building measures between the two banks of the Dniester River.
