Moldovan acting government approves regulation on work of commission for authorization, discipline of authorised managers

Chisinau, 4 November /MOLDPRES/ - The acting cabinet today approved a regulation on the work of the commission for authorization and discipline of authorized managers. This is a need provided for in the law on authorized managers, that entered in force one year ago, the government's communication and media relations department has reported.
The document's goal is to establish the normative framework in terms of authorization, organisation and supervision of the professional activity of authorized managers - people obliged to supervise and/or manage the private sector entities or private individuals in process of insolvency or dissolution.
At the same time, the regulation establishes the way of organisation and work of the Commission, as well as the way its members are selected. Under the document, the Commission ascertains and considers cases of violation of professional duties of the manager and rules on holding managers disciplinarily liable and on the sanctions that are to be applied against them for the found out infringements, excepting the ones of suspension and withdrawal of the authorization, that are to be proposed to the justice minister for enforcement.
The commission for authorization and discipline is a college body without legal personality, established under an order by the justice minister.
