About 670 Moldovan servicemen take part in blood collection for Bucharest tragedy victims

Chisinau, 5 November /MOLDPRES/ - About 670 servicemen of the National Army have participated in a campaign of collecting blood for the victims of the Bucharest-based Colectiv night club. The campaign, launched by the Defence Ministry, jointly with the National Blood Transfusion Centre, was carried out on 3-5 November.
The head of the Central Military Clinical hospital, head physician of the Defence Ministry Vladimir Trofimov has said the campaign ended in Cahul today, where about 100 military of the Dacia motorized infantry brigade were donating blood.
Trifimov specified that more than 100 servicemen of the Balti garrison and about 470 officers, non-commissioned officers and students of the Chisinau garrison had earlier come to mobile blood collection centres.
