Moldovan servicemen to participate in Romanian military parade

Chisinau, 17 November /MOLDPRES/-Romanian authorities invited Moldovan servicemen to participate in a military parade in Bucharest to celebrate the Romanian National Day on 1 December.
The press officer of the National Army, Major Ala Diaconu said a subdivision of the Defence Ministry’s Guard of Honor will be delegated to participate in the manifestations planned to be held Bucharest. “It is the second time in a row for Moldovan soldiers to participate in such a parade in Romania. Moldova’s National Army delegated 31 servicemen of its Guard of Honor to attend the event in 2014,” Diaconu said.
The government will earmark 102 thousand lei from the Reserve Fund to ensure the servicemen's participation in the Bucharest parade. An informative note the Defence Ministry has submitted to the government, states that more than 68 thousand lei will be used to pay daily allowances, 30 thousand lei for transportation costs and more than three thousand lei will be used to pay the medical insurance.
Attending the Bucharest parade in 2014 were also Romanian, French, Polish, Turkish and American soldiers.
