Moldovan president, Romanian premier hold phone conversation

Chisinau, 21 November /MOLDPRES/-President Nicolae Timofti and Romanian Prime Minister Dacian Ciolos Ciolos held a phone conversation on 20 November, the presidency's press service has reported.
Timofti congratulated Ciolos on his appointment as Romanian prime minister, wishing him further success in his endeavours to make Romania prosperous.
The sides agreed to boost up political and economic bilateral ties, for the benefit of the citizens residing on both sides of the Prut River.
Ciolos assured Timofti that Romania would further be an unconditional supporter of Moldova's EU integration course, and would also continue and enhance economic and social projects it had been funding and implementing in Moldova. In this context, the Romanian prime minister said it was very important that a new pro-European government be created in Chisinau.
The Moldovan president invited Dacian Ciolos to visit Moldova in the near future. The latter accepted the invitation.
