Moldovan acting PM attends celebration of Romania's National Day

Chisinau, 2 December /MOLDPRES/-Acting Prime Minister Gheorghe Brega has conveyed sincere congratulations and wishes of health, welfare and success to Romanians during a reception organised by the Romanian Embassy in Moldova on National Day of Romania, the government’s communication and media relations department has reported.
In his speech, Brega remarked the ascendant pace of common dialogue in all cooperation sectors between the two countries. “Over the past years, the Moldovan-Romanian relations were deeply marked by strengthening bilateral efforts on convergent actions of common interest”, he said.
Brega referred to the current stage of projects on economic cooperation, infrastructure and new investment opportunities. He also pointed out the trade exchanges, construction of Ungheni-Chisinau gas pipeline, connection to European electric networks, construction of bridges over the Prut river, as well as other strategic projects, which bring Moldova closer to Romania and EU. At the same time, Brega thanked for the loan provided by Romania amounting to 150 million euros, which is extremely necessary for Moldova.
The acting premier was firmly convinced of continuing strategic partnership relations between Moldova and Romania. “I believe that in the future we will be able to rely on the same brotherly attitude towards Moldova to manage achieving all initiatives and commitments we have assumed on a European partnership”, he concluded.
