Moldovan acting foreign minister to attend OSCE Ministerial Council meeting in Belgrade

Chisinau, 2 December /MOLDPRES/-Acting Foreign and European Integration Minister, Deputy Prime Minister Natalia Gherman will participate in the 22nd meeting of OSCE Ministerial Council, due in Belgrade, Serbia, on 3-4 December 2015, the Foreign and European Integration Ministry’s communication and media relations service has reported.

Participants in the annual meeting will pay a special attention to migration and fight against terrorism, solving the crisis in Ukraine, OSCE’s role in the process, as well as strengthening European security.

Gherman will tackle Moldova’s views on the above-mentioned problems, and will present the country’s stance on the Transnistrian conflict settlement process.

Also, more bilateral meetings are scheduled with heads of participating delegations. A ministerial meeting of the GUAM member states, as well as a meeting in GUAM-Japan format will take place too.
