Moldovan acting PM orders urgent health insurance policies for uninsured blast victims

Chisinau, 11 January /MOLDPRES/- Acting Prime Minister Gheorghe Brega issued an order today requiring the National Health Insurance Company to provide uninsured victims of the explosion with compulsory health insurance policies within one day. The blast took place in a building in Chisinau’s Central Agro-Food Market on 9 January 2015, the government’s communication and press relations department has reported.
According to data offered by the Health Ministry, eight of the victims hit by the explosion do not own a health insurance policy, including the two patients who had been carried to Romania on 10 January.
The acting prime minister asked the Health Ministry to further provide victims with the necessary medical assistance.
