One of Europe's largest dialysis center opened in Moldovan capital

Chisinau, 14 January /MOLDPRES/ - The opening of the center in Chisinau is the first stage of the project of public-private partnerships for dialysis services at the national level with total value of 15 million euros. The private partner of the state is company BB-Dializa, the part of the German consortium «B.BRAUN & BB-HÄMODIALYSE».

Open on Thursday dialysis center is a part of the Republican Clinical Hospital, it is a three-storey building area of ​​1941 square meters and is designed to ensure equal access and participation in the renal replacement therapy of about 400 patients. The center is equipped with 48 dialysis machines B.Braun, (global brand in the production of medical equipment), and the increase in the number of devices up to 64, scheduled for 2016, and will enable the center to become one of the best units of such facilities in Europe. The health Minister Ruxanda Glavan called the successful opening of the center corresponding to

international standards. As it was noted during the opening the center, by the director of BB-Dializa, Dmitry Onufreichuk when creating the center, the company was guided by the most demanding international standards, equipping it with the modern high technology. "Service centers are designed for patients with end-stage renal disease who began dialysis treatment at the center and will continue it till the end," - said the general doctor Pertru Cepoida. The center will also provide its services to the patients within the framework of mandatory health insurance program. Opening of dialysis centers within the framework of the national project is planned in other cities of the country.
