Moldovan government takes oath

Chisinau, 21 January /MOLDPRES/- Prime Minister Pavel Filip, along with cabinet members, voted by the parliament yesterday, took oath before President Nicolae Timofti late on 20 January, the government’s communication and media relations department has reported.
The president wished success to the ministers of the new government, noting that they have a responsible task - to ensure stability and development of the country in a complicated period.
“I voice hope that this government, formed after a long period of political instability and conditions of interim government, will be able to manage with competence and ability the difficult situation Moldova is currently facing”, he said.
The new cabinet is made up of:

Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign and European Integration Minister –Andrei Galbur

Interior Minister – Alexandru Jizdan
Agriculture and Food Industry Minister – Eduard Grama
Regional Development and Constructions Minister – Vasile Bitca

Environment Minister – Valeriu Munteanu
Education Minister – Corina Fusu
Culture Minister – Monica Babuc
