Moldovan PM receives congratulation message from Czech counterpart

Chisinau, 28 January /MOLDPRES/-Prime Minister Pavel Filip received a congratulation message on his appointment to office and investiture of the cabinet, from his Czech counterpart, Bohuslav Sobotka, the government’s communication and media relations department has reported.

In his letter, the Czech prime minister praises the Moldovan-Czech cooperation ties based on friendship, understanding and trust. “I hope very much for a continuous Moldovan-Czech cooperation to develop fields of common interest,” Sobotka’s letter reads.

The Czech prime minister confirmed Czech Republic’s availability to cooperate with Moldova at an international level, especially in the context of Moldova’s rapprochement to the European community and implementation of its association agreement with the EU.

Sobotka voiced hope that the new government headed by Prime Minister Pavel Filip, which was sworn in during difficult times, would succeed to restore stability and prosperity in Moldova.
