Biggest Moldovan bread producer’s director general resigns

Chisinau, 3 February /MOLDPRES/-The director general of Franzeluta Joint Stock Company, also the biggest Chisinau-based bread producer, Victor Cojocaru, wrote a resignation letter due to enter into force on 5 February. The letter was accepted by the company’s administration board.
“According to the provisions of the Labour Code and the Regulation of Franzeluta joint stock company, the director general of Chisinau-based Franzeluta bread-making factory, submitted his resignation letter, valid from 5 February,” the company’s press release reads.
Without any additional details, Cojocaru said briefly it had been his decision. After the resignation of its previous director general, Eugen Baleca, Cojocaru had been Franzeluta’s director general since 2011.
Franzeluta Joint Stock Company was put into service in Chisinau in 1947, after a private bakery had been modernized. The bread factory gets rented on 1 July 1991, and becomes a joint stock company on 15 August 1995, with the Moldovan state owning 56 per cent of its shares.
