Moldovan cabinet approves regulation on single office for issuing acts in road transport sector

Chisinau, 3 February /MOLDPRES/ - The cabinet of ministers today approved a regulation on the creation and work of a single office for the issuance of permissive acts in the road transport sector at the National Motor Transport Agency.

“This regulation will optimize and rationalize the procedure of reception of applications of permissive acts and will ensure the correctness, integrity and protection of the processed data,” according to the Transport and Roads Infrastructure Ministry.  

The application on issuance of permissive acts, along with the annexed documents, is considered immediately or in a period of ten working days after the date of its acceptance, depending of the type of the demanded permissive act.   

Presently, the single office already works at the Agency. Yet, the activity of the office is not regulated in the way established by the law on enforcement of the single office in carrying out the entrepreneurial activity. The new regulation is adjusted to the provisions of this law and will optimize the work of the single office.
