Over 200 companies from seven countries display goods at two international exhibitions in Moldova

Chisinau, 16 March /MOLDPRES/ - An international specialized exhibition of technologies, equipment, tools and materials for constructions, MOLDCONSTRUCT, the 21st issue and an international specialized exhibition of energy conservation technologies, thermal and gas supply equipment, air conditioning devices, MOLDENERGY, the 20th issue, were inaugurated at the Moldexpo Centre today. The events will be held till 19 March.
Over 200 companies from seven countries, Moldova, Belarus, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Ukraine and Turkey, displayed their goods at the two exhibitions.
Attending the inauguration, Deputy Regional Development and Constructions Minister Ion Stratulat said that the “development of new partnerships and cooperation in the fields of architecture, constructions and dwellings, as well as the implementation of investment projects in the constructions sector are the main objectives of the ministry. Also, the event is important to identify partnerships in promoting new technologies and allows taking knowledge of investment opportunities in Moldova, legislation, European standards and practices in constructions, investment climate in the sector of architecture, designing and constructions,” the deputy minister noted.
For his part, Deputy Economics Minister Valeriu Triboi stressed that, for two decades already, the MOLDENERGY exhibition had been bringing together prestigious companies of Moldova and from abroad, with offers of materials, equipment and technologies, services and innovating ideas for the energy sector. This event is of special interest for specialists in the field and provides a wide range of products for improving the energy efficiency of enterprises and the housing and utilities units.
At the same time, the Moldexpo director general, Arcadie Andronic, said the main goals of the two exhibitions were to strengthen the constructions industry and energy sector of Moldova, modernize settlements and turn to account alternative, economical and efficient energy resources.
MOLDCONSTRUCT and MOLDENERGY are yearly organized by the Moldexpo international exhibition centre, with the support of the Economics Ministry and Regional Development and Constructions Ministry.
