Chisinau, 6 April /MOLDPRES/ - Prime Minister Pavel Filip, at a today’s cabinet meeting, proposed to re-launch an initiative on removing the compulsoriness of the stamp on contracts and other documents of enterprises, the government’s communication and media relations department has reported.
In this context, Filip demanded that Justice Minister Vladimir Cebotari, as soon as possible, completes the procedure of preparing a draft law on removing the compulsoriness of the stamp and submits it for approval to government, and then to parliament.
“I am confident that, this time, we will have support in parliament, in order to eliminate this reminiscence, taking into account that we live in the information age and the contracts or other acts, on which this stamp is put, no longer represent an instrument of safety,” Pavel Filip said.
The concerned initiative fits into a string of actions concerning the achievement of the government’s objective to remove the present constraints on the business environment and reduce the administrative burden imposed on entrepreneurs.
