Moldovan foreign minister meets Hungarian counterpart

Chisinau, 19 May /MOLDPRES/ - Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign and European Integration Minister Andrei Galbur today had a meeting with Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó, on the sidelines of the 127th session of the Council of Europe’s Committee of Ministers.
According to the Foreign and European Integration Ministry’s information and media communication service, the officials exchanged opinions on the present stage of the Moldovan-Hungarian relations, agenda of the bilateral visits planned for 2017, regional situation and optimizing the cooperation on the dimension of the Eastern Partnership.
At the same time, the heads of both states’ diplomacies evoked the importance of the pragmatic cooperation in the commercial and economic sectors. They spoke out for boosting the trade exchanges and participation of investors from the two countries in carrying out joint projects in the economic sector.
