Moldovan foreign minister meets Danish counterpart

Chisinau, 19 May /MOLDPRES/- In the sidelines of the 127-th Session of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, held today 19 May 2017 in Nicosia, Cyprus, the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Moldova, Andrei Galbur, met with his Danish counterpart, Anders Samuelsen.

The officials exchanged views on the bilateral relations agenda and the perspectives of its enhancement.

Minister Galbur expressed his gratitude to the Government of Denmark for the valuable assistance offered to the Republic of Moldova in the implementation of reforms, while informing the Danish official about the political and economic developments in the country, the situation in the region and latest updates on the Transnistrian issue.

The two ministers also agreed on the mutual cooperation within the international organizations.
