Moldovan government declares Child Protection Day, 1 June as day off

Chisinau, 24 May /MOLDPRES/ – The Executive approved the declaration of 01 June 2017 as a day of rest, at its meeting today. The day off is due to be recovered on Saturday, 24 June this year, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.
The authorities intend to let the parents mark together with children the day of 01 June, by this decision, officially declared in Moldova as the Day of Child Protection, according to the international practice.
