Moldovan, Latvian officials approach political relations

Chisinau, 31 May /MOLDPRES/- Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign and European Integration Minister Andrei Galbur today met State Secretary of the Foreign Ministry of Latvia Andrejs Pildegovičs, in the context of Moldovan-Latvian inter-ministerial political consultations.

According to the Foreign and European Integration Ministry’s information and media relations service, the officials exchanged opinions about the cooperation relations between the two states, as well as the agenda of political dialogue, expressing the interest in strengthening it in future.

The Moldovan-Latvian political consultations are going to take place today, including bilateral cooperation, international collaboration, recent developments in the Transnistrian case, Eastern Partnership summit and other issues of mutual interest.
