Moldovan premier, Belarusian entrepreneurs discuss facilities offered by Moldova to develop business

Chisinau, 7 June /MOLDPRES/ - Prime Minister Pavel Filip, on a visit to the IT Park from Minsk, has discussed with Belarusian business people their experience in the field. At the same time, Filip informed about opportunities and facilities offered by Moldova to foreign investors.
According to the government’s communication and protocol department, the PM appreciated the results achieved by the Belarusian authorities, stressing that their experience was an example for Moldova. Also, Pavel Filip said that more virtual IT Parks are to be created in Moldova and referred to facilities offered to IT companies.
The Minsk-based IT Park was opened in 2006. More world famous projects in the information technologies sector were developed within the Park, such as Viber, Apalon, and MSQRD. Over 173 companies work at the park and the facilities offered stimulated the development of start-ups and innovation enterprises.
Also today, the prime minister visited an enterprise with Swiss capital, which produces trains, trams, locomotives and carriages, which are exported exclusively to the post-Soviet area. In the context, Pavel Filip discussed with entrepreneurs their work and interest in Moldova’s market.
Within the trip to Belarus, the PM paid his last visit to a high-tech dairy farm.
