Moldovan deputy foreign minister meets Ambassador Agréé of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Chisinau, 13 June /MOLDPRES/- Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Lilian Darii received today Ambassador Agréé of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Republic of Moldova with residence in Bucharest, Abdulaziz M. A. Al Aifan, on the occasion of presenting the copies of his letters of credentials, the Foreign and European Integration Ministry's information and media relations service has reported.

During the meeting, the officials exchanged views on the current state and prospects for the development of the Moldovan - Saudi relations on the bilateral and multilateral dimension. In this context, Deputy Foreign Minister Lilian Darii encouraged deepening cooperation in the political, commercial and investment areas. Additionally, the officials exchanged views on recent developments at regional level, particularly in the Persian Gulf region.

Deputy Minister Darii assured the Saudi Ambassador of all the support of the Moldovan authorities in accomplishing the priorities of bilateral cooperation.
