Moldovan foreign minister holds lecture at Norwegian institute for international affairs

Chisinau, 16 June /MOLDPRES/ – The economic modernization, overcoming of internal divisions among the population and Transnistrian settlement were defined as the long-term objectives of strategic importance for Moldova by the head of Moldovan diplomacy Andrei Galbur in the context of a lecture held at the Norwegian Institute for International Affairs.
According to the Foreign Ministry’s media and information service statement, Minister Galbur also referred to Moldova’s foreign policy priorities for the present period, underlining the importance of capitalizing on opportunities for Moldovan-Norwegian cooperation in all areas of socio-political life, economic and cultural fields for both peoples.
The lecture followed by a session of questions and answers on Moldova’s challenges, the regional political situation effects on domestic stability and developments in the Transnistrian issue.
