Moldovan government secretary general conveys message on Civil Servant's Day

Chisinau, 23 June /MOLDPRES/- Secretary General of Government Lilia Palii today conveyed a message on Civil Servant’s Day, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.

The message reads:

“Dear colleagues,

On this occasion, I convey to you sincere congratulations and good wishes.

I admit that the work we all do requires a lot of dedication, sometimes sacrifice, but the purpose is really important. Public good for us means firstly the well-being of society and quality public services according to the expectations and needs of the people.

This day is an additional opportunity to recognize the value and role of the public service in the country’s modernization and sustainable development.

Good governance based on the rule of law is grounded on the competent, responsible, persevering human factor able to develop and implement quality policies governing state activity.

In this context, I thank the colleagues of the State Chancellery, as well as all the civil service employees for their effort and work for the good of Moldova.

I am firmly convinced that through the initiatives on reforming public administration, the prestige, virtues and motivation of the public service will be strengthened, which will lead to enhance the attractiveness of civil servant status.

I wish you achievements, work performance and fulfillment of all aspirations”.
