The Constitutional Court (CCM) considers two causes on the accuracy of a Criminal Code provision, which stipulates the punishment of a public person for deeds which obviously exceed the limits of the rights and powers provided under law, if this caused considerable damage to public interests (abuse of power). The event is held at the CCM headquarters at 11.00.

The press is invited to study launch “EUBAM Mission – from border assistance to the country’s reintegration” at the Institute for Development and Social Initiatives (IDIS) “Viitorul” at 11.00.
