Hungarian ambassador in Chisinau ends mission in Moldova

Chisinau, 29 June /MOLDPRES/ - Foreign and European Integration Minister Andrei Galbur today had a meeting with Ambassador of Hungary to Moldova Mátyás Szilágyi, on the occasion of the end of his diplomatic mission in Moldova, the Foreign and European Integration Ministry’s information and media communication service has reported.   

Minister Galbur thanked the Hungarian ambassador for his direct contribution to the deepening of the political dialogue between the two countries and strengthening the Moldovan-Hungarian friendship relations.   

In the context of the high-level visits, organized during the mandate of ambassador Szilágyi, the Moldovan diplomacy head stressed that these visits represented a confirmation of the friendship and solid partnership between the two states.   

For his part, the Hungarian diplomat said that his country firmly backed the good march of the reforms in Moldova and would make efforts to get a clear prospect of Moldova’s European integration.

The two officials also discussed aspects on the domestic political developments and pointed out priorities of cooperation within the international forums.
