Moldovan meteorologists forecast cool weather, rain for upcoming days

Chisinau, 03 July /MOLDPRES/ – The meteorologists forecast cool weather and moderate rainfall for this week throughout Moldova.

Interviewed by the agency, the head of the Weather Forecast Centre of the State Hydrometeorological Service, Ghenadie Rosca, said that temperatures between 20ºC–25ºC would be registered today and by the end of the week the temperature would reach up to 32ºC.

"During the week, we will have rainfalls with short-lived electrical discharges, but these will be weak or moderate. In the first part of the period, there will be rain in the south of the country, which may extend into the centre. Similarly, in the second part of the week rain will already fall in the north of the country, with expansion in the centre," said Rosca.

According to the State Hydrometeorological Service’s info, the minimum temperatures of 11ºC are forecast for the following days at night in the north of Moldova and maximum of 28ºC during the daytime in the south of Moldova.
