CIS cooperation agreement on education to be published in Official Journal of Moldova

Chisinau, 06 July /MOLDPRES/ – CIS cooperation agreement on cooperation in education domain and electricity sector will be published on 07 July in the Official Journal of Moldova.

The document is an intergovernmental cooperation of the CIS member states and aims at undertaking coordination measures in the field of vocational education and training in order to increase the qualification of the personnel in the energy sector, as well as the establishment of mechanisms for the exchange of experience in the operation of electric power objects. The agreement aims at raising the level of safety of power systems in the CIS member states.

Responsible for implementing the document will be the Ministry of Economy, which will, if necessary, involve subordinate enterprises.

The agreement was signed by Prime Minister Pavel Filip in Bishkek on 07 July 2016, at the meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of Government.
