Moldovan , non-attached MPs to be able to form parliamentary groups

Chisinau, 07 July /MOLDPRES/ – A draft law amending the Parliament's Rules of Procedure was circulated by 52 MEPs today, after it had been previously rejected by the head of state, Igor Dodon.
Following the changes in the regulation, independent and non-attached MPs will be able to form five-member parliamentary groups with the same rights and obligations as factions.
